This years Fire Prevention Week will be Virtual, but Fire Safety is always in person at home.Join #FCFRD for virtual Open House, activities and other virtual events for Fire Prevention Week (FPW)! This year it is safer for the Fairfax County community and FCFRD members if we do not offer a traditional Open House at our fire and rescue stations.

Instead, FCFRD will be hosting several fun, interactive activities, and virtual events throughout FPW beginning on Monday, October 5. This year’s FPW theme is “Serve Up Fire Safety in the Kitchen!” Join us for a fun-filled week of fire safety, special activities and “Behind-the-Scenes” features!

Register online to receive a free FPW packet in the mail and to be eligible for daily prizes! Register here: www.fairfaxcounty.gov/fire-ems/node/354. You do not need to register to participate in the week’s events but registering allows you to be eligible for prizes!
